Abstract

|
Physicians have a variety of duty in meidecal practices. One of them, there is a duty of consultation and reference of the patients to other physician in case of his or her ability and facilities do not cover the patients. However there are many
problems confronted in dealing with such duty. There are also only limited references and practical cases in this part, so the author proposed various problems for further discussion.
